This semi-hard Italian-style cheese is made from whole milk giving it a creamy mouth feel. It has an aromatic flavour, with subtle fruity notes and a long finish.

- Use as a table cheese
- Melt under the grill on slices of ciabatta, baguette, or sour dough bread
- Use as an alternative to parmesan (but add salt)
