Our farmhouse hot chilli puts a smile on every chilli lover’s face. At first you’ll experience the wonderfully creamy texture of the cheese itself with just a hint of chilli – but wait there’s more… The full chilli hit will come later – we call this the ‘the late chilli bloom’. Fabulous!
Serving suggestions:
- Use as a table cheese
- Melt under the grill on slices of ciabatta, baguette, or sour dough bread
- The perfect nacho cheese or melt over corn chips

- Grate over hot vegetables (grate whilst still cold from the fridge)

Storage
1-4°C. Wrap in baking paper and keep in airtight container or cover with clingfilm.
