Quark is a fresh cheese from Germany that is a cross between yoghurt and fromage frais.  Quark is the German word for ‘curd’. Thick and velvety smooth. Great for cooking, baking, dips or serving with fruit. Use as an alternative to thick greek yoghurt or sour cream.
