Our double-silver award-winning Halloumi is less salty and more flavoursome than most other brands. Once cooked, it has a soft, creamy centre encased in a crunchy golden crust. Our delicious Halloumi is a fresh cheese that is designed to be cooked and is best served hot!

Slice into fish-finger sized slices or 20mm cubes and pan fry, grill or BBQ until golden-brown on each side and serve hot.


At the NZ Champions of Cheese Awards it won a Gold medal at the 2021, the only halloumi to have done so, as well as many Silver medals in 2020, 2019, and 2015. It has also won a Silver medal at the International Cheese Awards, Nantwich, UK in 2019.
